Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Sarah Ovard is excited to be part of the team at Just Orthodontics!
Dr. Ovard is a proud graduate of the University of Washington (3 times! Go Huskies!). She first received her bachelor's degree in Biology in 2014 as well as a minor in music and was a member of the Husky Marching Band. Then Dr. Ovard completed her doctoral training, with honors, in 2018 and received her DDS degree. Finally, in 2021, Dr. Ovard completed her orthodontic residency program receiving a Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics. Her master's thesis was even published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Ovard gardening, working on a quilt, reading a good book, or baking something delicious. Most of all, Dr. Ovard loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband and two young children, Nora and Simon, their corgi (Clue), and cat, Cisco.
